Szen Corp serves our clients quickly and personally, as we pride ourselves on the level of customer support we provide. Szen Corp has made its Support Services department a top priority in order to quickly and effectively take care of any questions. Our support professionals are available and on-call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Support includes our remote connectivity service, which allows us to quickly enter the network, if needed, and take care of any issues. All you need is an internet connection, no other software is required. We can use most any client preferred remote connection method of connecting into your computers.

Szen Corp's Support Service plan includes all remote support, technical calls, and standard upgrades to the software. Updates come once a year, and are scheduled based upon your off season. You also will receive new module information available for purchase via email, so you can stay current on all of the options Szen Corp has to offer.
